PERSONAL FILES

Wackiest prank?

In college the freshmen usually try to follow the lead of the upperclassmen. When it’s time to pack up our bags to go to a game, you put all your pads, helmets and everything in your bag. One time one of the seniors at Auburn told one of the freshmen that he didn’t need to put his helmet in his bag and the guy didn’t. It caused a lot of chaos when we got to the stadium the next day. The freshman didn’t have his helmet for the game. Luckily the equipment manager is always prepared for that kind of thing.

Nicknames?

JPeezy, J-Rock, J.P. Rocky Rod was my childhood nickname. I have no idea why.

Tattoos?

I have tattoos all over my arms. One on my right arm is a football with flames around it and words around the flames. It says “I can hold my own against anybody, anywhere at any time.” My favorite one is also on my right arm, it’s praying hands with Bible scripture. Also on my right forearm I have my area code from back home, 256.

Best game in college:

Against Alabama in 2007 I had a pick, a few tackles, a few PDs and I got bit by a dog. It was a police dog on the sideline. It’s on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSpfyIaS6wE&feature=related.

NFL hero:

Deion Sanders.

Career goal:

I don’t have a specific goal, but my main thing is that whatever I choose to do or decide to do, I want to be successful at it at the ultimate level. Whatever I do, I want to be the best at it.
